Through a series of easy, precise techniques using simple, specialized equipment like soft body rollers and small balls, this program quickly rehydrates connective tissue allowing the body to release long-held “stuck stress” and function optimally.

Even if you are not in pain, the MELT Method is a great adjunct to Pilates, or any fitness program, because it helps improve performance, prevent injury and feel great!
